But I Don't Feel Younger

So I looked at the upper right hand corner of my Mozilla Firefox browser today (check out the ad to the right), and was told by my Google Web Accelerator that I have saved 10.3 hours since downloading it.
Have I really saved that much time? Who knows?

The Google Web Accelerator is another random product by Google that helps to speed your browsing time, ultimately improving the performance of your browser. From my non-techy understanding, the Google Web Accelerator goes through links on a page for you, pre-fetching the information on the next page. This decreases the amount of time it will take for the next page to load.

Does it really work? I don't know. But what I do know is ... it doesn't hurt.
