Banks Launch Surcharge-Free ATM Networks

Millions of Americans do the same thing every day, to the tune of an estimated $4.2 billion in ATM fees this year. But at a time when more banks are charging non-customers more money to use their ATMs, some consumers are getting a break.

  1. GREAT THAT BANKS CAN DO THIS, ESPECALLY HOW THEY COMPETE UNFAIRLY WITH CREDIT UNIONS. CREDIT UNIONS DO NOT PAY TAXES LIKE THE BANKS DO. IN A SENSE, WE, THE AVERAGE PEOPLE, SUBSIDIZE RATES AND TERMS SO CREDITUNIONS DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THOSE TAXES. CREDIT UNIONS ARE DISHOSEST AND WOULD LIKE LET PEOPLE THINK THAEY ARE DIFFERENT.
