Click-to-Call Added to Google Local/Maps
In a recent blog post, Google announced that they have added a click-to-call feature to Google Local/Google Maps. Now when you search for a business in your area (ex. "Pizza in Hartford, CT"), the listings provide an option for a user to enter their phone number, and connect to the business.
The only suggestions I would have, is to provide options. If Google built in the opportunity to use Google Talk or Skype instead of their own phone, they would probably see growth in Google Talk.
Otherwise, this is a great service to businesses and users alike. Good show!
