Today I bid farewell to the New Jersey Turnpike for a long time. Yes, New Jersey is still my recruitment territory ... But I have a few months to miss the state before I need to head back.
To commemorate my departure, I finally picked up my very own New Jersey Turnpike t-shirt at the Vince Lombardi Travel Plaza, just north of the Meadowlands in New Jersey. It features the logo you see on the right on the front of the shirt, with a wonderful map of New Jersey with the phrase "What Exit?" on the back ... priceless.
Farewell, Jersey Pike. You will be missed.
