My 9,000th Tweet

To me, the 9,000th tweet is a milestone that signals two things:

1. I tweet too much
2. I'm just getting started

We are all in the midst of the book that is our lives ... each day a new page ... each opportunity a new chapter.  Twitter gives us the opportunity to share excerpts of our work in progress.

Over the last few days between tweet 8,999 and now I have done more listening.  I've always tried to listen but always find myself "talking" at the same time.

So ... as I venture on to tweet 10,000 and beyond; I thank those followers on twitter that have stayed with me through the periods of silly television play-by-play, foursquare updates, and the #GilReview (although I feel like a lot of people LIKED #GilReview).  Stay tuned for tweets and re-tweets of value, substance, and of course still having fun.
