Today was the 2008 MS Walk in West Hartford. I was very happy when I checked my MS Walk page before the event this morning to find that my family had worked hard to get me over the top (Thanks, Eric!).
Together, Heather and I raised $1,776 towards MS Research and Care. To put this into perspective, this much money can pay for:
- Over 3 weeks of home care for a person with MS
- About 5 months of physical therapy for a person with MS
- Or 80 books for the MS Society's client library
